SkyPak is the newest international express service in Romania. It was created as a result of a partnership between The Romanian Post and TNT Romania. The SkyPak service is provided in all customs-assisted post offices and in all express items handling points, all in all 94 post offices at national level.

By the end of this year, the Romanian Post will extend this service to all urban areas meaning 607 contact points for the customers willing to use international express services.

The SkyPak service may be requested via telephone call. In this way it is ensured the home/premises collection of the SkyPak items for both documents and goods.

SkyPak is a on-time-guaranteed delivery service, 1-3 days, depending on the destination zone. Another advantage of this service is the possibility of tracking the items all the way to the addressee via visiting the SkyPak website (www.skypak.com).

SkyPak has a clear and simple tariff structure. For the frequent users, the Romanian Post offers the pre-payment system.

SkyPak provides the most convenient price/quality ratio on the Romanian express services market.

The items containing documents are packed in plastic-coated envelopes bearing the SkyPak and Romanian Post logos, available for the customer free of charge. For the items containing goods (samples and declared-value objects), the sender may use his/her own packing materials.

Maximum acceptable weight for a SkyPak item is 30 kg and for a single user consignment to a certain destination, the weight limit is 500 kg and the sender has to fill only one Waybill. The maximum accepted dimensions are 1000x700x600 mm (LxHxW).
