I want to send > International postal parcels with (A.R.)

+ -
By using the International postal parcels with (A.R.) Acknowledgment of Receipt as additional service, you can send postal parcels abroad and you receive  the Acknowledgement of Receipt as a proof that your postal parcel was delivered to the recipient. The Acknowledgement of Receipt represents the confirmation in writing by the recipient, proxy or mandated person.
The Acknowledgement of Receipt form (AR) travels attached to the mail item and is evidenced on the package of the mail item by writing the mention “A.R.” ("Avis de Reception" in French, "Acknowledgement of Receipt" in English). The A.R. form is returned to the sender in priority regime.

Postal items containing goods to be delivered outside the European Union, must be posted, both by individuals and legal persons, at the post offices that perform the customs clearance service, in order to carry out the customs formalities for export.
As of June 18, 2019, clients who send international postal items containing goods with or without commercial value (postal parcels, EMS items - merchandise and small packages) are asked to provide an identity card in order to confront the identification data of the sender, written on the packaging and on the form attached to the postal item. After confronting the data and accepting the postal delivery, the authentication document is returned to the client, without a photocopy of it being taken.
In Bucharest and Ilfov county, legal persons who didn't conclude a commercial agreement with C.N. Romanian Post, are to perform the customs clearance formalities, if they post non-EU mail items containing goods that have a value of more than 150E.
In case the respective legal persons opt for carrying out the customs formalities for export through CNPR, carrying out the role of customs commissioner, (authorised to represent them directly in the relation with the Customs Bureau, based on power of representation) , the respective mail items can be posted to any post office in Bucharest and Ilfov county, provided that the sender contacts in advance a customs declarator of CNPR.

Legal persons who concluded a commercial agreement with CNPR for postal and customs clearance services, can submit their non- EU mail items regardless of the value of the goods (under 150E/ over 150E) to any post office in Bucharest and Ilfov county, according to the contractual provisions.
