Service provided at the request of the addressee or a mandated person, based on completing an application at the postal subunit.

The mail item circulates as requested by the sender, in the same regime and additional services as previous. If the mail item is accompanied by the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AR) or Registered(R) as additional sevices, no other forms are to be used.

The addressee pays the fee, except for the additional services that haven't been performed.
