Electronic signature

Romanian Post in partnership with CertDigital offers the possibility to acquire or renew any type of electronic signatures at the computerised post offices nationwide.
 
Required documents:
In order to prepare the file for the acquisition or renew of the CertDigital electronic signature, the following documents are needed:
 
Individuals ( contract holder)
  • written and signed contract and printed agreement, two copies;
  • Identification Card (ID) in original or copy;
  • receipt issued at the postal counter which attests the proof of the payment.
 
Legal entities ( if the holder wants to obtain an electronic certificate in the name of an institution/company)
  • written and signed contract and printed agreement, two copies;
  • Tax Id No (Tax Identification Number) in original and copy;
  • the power of attorney in original that attests the position in the institution/company;
  • if the client is the company's administrator/associate, he will present a valid excerpt in original (not older than 30 days) marked „according to the original” and signed, so the power of attorney won't be needed anymore;
  • fiscal receipt issued at the postal counter which attests the proof of the payment.
 
Romanian Post doesn't charge a separate tariff for the collection of the documents in order to obtain the CertDigital certificate.
