Romanian Post, in partnership with bilete.ro, offers the possibility of buying tickets to concerts, sports competitions or cultural events through 500 postal subunits nationwide.
How to buy tickets:
Order online on www.bilete.ro and choose the postal subunit of your preference from the designated postal subunits list. You will have at disposal 3 working days to go to the chosen postal subunit to pay and take the tickets. After 3 days of not showing up, the order expires and the tickets go back on sale on the website.

The tickets are printed and paid for in cash at the postal subunits. For any information or refund in case of cancellation or delay of the respective event, please visit www.bilete.ro
Refunding is not possible at the Romanian Post subunits.
The Romanian Post in partnership with CertDigital offers the possibility to acquire or renew any type of electronic signatures at the computerised postal subunits throughout the country.
In order to prepare the file for the acquisition or renew of the CertDigital electronic signature, the following documents are needed:
Natural persons ( contract holder)
written and signed contract and printed agreement, two copies
Identification Card (ID) in original or copy
receipt issued at the postal subunit counter which attests the proof of the payment
Legal entities ( if the holder wants to obtain an electronic certificate in the name of an institution/company)
Tax Id No (Tax Identification Number) in original and in copy
the power of attorney in original that attests the position in the institution/company that requests
the issuing of a certificate
If the client is the company's administrator/associate, he will present a valid excerpt in original (not older than 30 days) marked „according to the original” and signed so the power of attorney won't be needed anymore
- fiscal receipt issued at the postal subunit that proves the encashment of the respective amount for the product to be acquired
Emission tariff: digital certificate + crypthographic device: 45 Euro*
Renewal tariff**: digital certificate: 27 Euro*
* Tariffs in Euro are VAT free and are calculated at the BNR exchange rate of the day + 2%
** The digital certificate can be emitted on any cryptographic device in the possession of the client
Romanian Post doesn't charge a separate tariff for the collection of the documents in order to obtain the CertDigital certificate.
