Mail items that circulate open – handouts (summons, decision, order excerpt, minute, notification, etc.); shall be posted on special forms including two parts:
  • notification (registered mail in cause);
  • proof of delivery (acknowledgment of receipt).
The forms issued by competent legal entities shall be printed with the approval of C.N.P.R. (the printed paper must include the proper mention). The release into circulation and use of certain procedure accomplishment forms, other than the ones approved by C.N.P.R., may lead to their rejection at posting.
It is recommended that all the judicial documents have an adherent band which allows their presentation.
The text of the notification is typed according to its purpose (e.g. summons, communication, decision, order excerpt, minute, notification, etc). Sentence verdicts and decisions circulate attached to the judicial documents
