This service allows authorized senders to frank in advance the reply items sent by their international partners, to collect the fees upon delivery and also charge a monthly subscription.The service is available in priority regime only.
If the monthly subscription fee (the license) is paid in advance, no fee differences shall be charged if during that period of time the fee will suffer modifications. The period for which the advance payment for the monthly subscription (the license) can be made is 12 month at the most.
The senders must be authorized based on contracts signed with C.N.P.R or any of its branches.
Regarding the return service for the international reply letter mail service (CCRI / IBRS)  sent abroad, it should be noted that the delivery of these CCRI / IBRS items to the countries of origin is provided free of charge; the items travel unregistered/ posted at the respective post offices/ submission to the mailboxes.
