In order to comply with GDPR, the Romanian Post ran an e-mail campaign, informing all its website users about the new regulations and requesting their consent for processing personal data in order to perform postal services, for marketing purposes and for accepting the new terms and conditions of use.

The personal data of the users who did not reply to the e-mail and did not give their consent for processing were deleted.

If you do not find the information saved in your account, this is because GDPR forbids and sanctions the processing of personal data for which there is no registered agreement.
