Now you can fill out the form for the postal service you want to use.
At the residence of the addressee, the service is available in certain conditions:
The addressee is contacted by a postal worker in order to establish the currency agreed for the transfer and the delivery time.
Payment procedures at the postal subunits included in the informatics network (the VPN network), marked with the „ACR" poster - „Acum ridici banii fara formular" („ Pick up the money without filling in the form")
The following two procedures can be used both for sending and receiving:
1. The client can provide the details of the transfer verbally. He also has to provide a valid ID (Identification Card). If the client wishes, he can fill a specific form (green for “Money to be sent” or yellow for “To receive money”);
2. The “Quick form for sending/receiving” is filled in by the client only in the following situations:
the confidentiality of the operation can not be ensured at the counter (ex: crowded places, the confidentiality perimeter is not respected, etc.);
the name of the sender is difficult to spell;
the client has speaking problems;
The quick form has to contain the following information:
the control number of the transfer (MTCN)
country of origin;
the amount and the currency used.
“To receive money” yellow form must be filled in if the transfer is made through postal subunits that ensure this service by phone or at the residence of the addressee.
The form has two parts:
the middle part, marked at the heading with “Fill in the form and present a valid ID” (Identification Card) is filled in by the beneficiary (addressee);
the part on the right, marked at the heading with “DO NOT WRITE BELOW”, is filled in only by the postal worker from the Western Union counter.
The receiver (Addressee) fills in with capital letters the following columns:
complete address, including the locality of residence
phone number (prefix+phone number)
The sender fills in with capital letters the following columns:
name (the addressee has to know it and fill it properly in the form)
surname (the addressee has to know it and fill it properly in the form)
the phone of the sender (if available)
the amount to be received and the currency used (Expected amount) with a maximum approximation of +/- 10%.
the country of origin, this condition is a must.
the control number of the transfer (MTCN), this condition is a must.
the signature of the beneficiary ( Your signature) and the date.
When a client requests to send money he fills in a specific green form ( "To send money")
the middle part, to be filled in by the sender.

The sender has to fill in using capital letters the following columns:
destination (country, locality): in this column the country and locality of origin must be mentioned; if the locality is unknown, only the country is mentioned;
The source of the money: only optional;
The amount in letters: the amount is written in letters mentioning also the currency (EURO, USD, RON)The amount: in numbers mentioning the currency of the transfer (EURO, USD, LEI).

telephone number: country code, area code and telephone number
