PostScan Service provides: scanning the original documents / copies provided by the customer, converting these images in electronic format and sending them to the specified e-mail address.

Now you can fill out the form for the postal service you want to use.
The documents to be scanned may be in black and white or color.
Type of documents that can be scanned:- invoices, receipts and accounting documents- staff / human resources documents (timesheets, labour booklets, instruction sheets);- insurance policies;- customer records, credits history, banking contracts;- legal and casuistry documents - medical records, analysis reports;- records and books;- questionnaires, tests, exam results, training records;- reproducing of maps, sketches, plans, drawings;- newspapers, press releases;- A4, A3, A5, A6, business, ledger and non-standard format- business cards;
In order to send a document via PostScan service, the customer must go to the postal counter with the original document or a copy. The documents will be forwarded electronically to a specified email address. Upon the completion of the operation, the customer will receive the document certifying the payment of the service, together with the documents submitted for the transmission.The customer may access the scanned document at the address http://postscan.posta-romana.ro, specified in the invoice and will fill in the following information: rendering date, rendering time, the postal subunit, invoice number, web ID.
