C.N. Posta Romana SA performs under the Authorisation no. 618/2013 issued by the National Customs Authority, customs formalities on behalf of postal users – individuals as addressees / senders of non- EU postal items as well as payments to the customs authority for the amount of duties (customs duties, VAT and / or excise ) to obtain free circulation for international postal items delivered/sent through the Romanian Post network.

Customs clearance service is now available for individuals who live :

  • across the country in the case of EMS items;
  • in Bucharest and Ilfov county in the case of all postal dispatches (EMS, parcels, small package items)
