"TP" system ( TP - "taxe platite" stands for "paid taxes" in English) is a working and charging modality for letter mail and dropmailing services and is addressed, mainly to clients who send higher volumes. Items circulate unstamped, following that, on the front side of each item will be printed the symbol "TP" , the Romanian Post approval number and its period of validity. The payment is collected globally for the entire dispatch. Dispatches are conditioned by a minimum of 500 items for each category , excepting the judicial documents for which there is no limit number.

Franking machine can be used to print the amount representing the tariffs in force for letter mail services; They can either be the property of the user or rented from Romanian Post; Only those machines approved by  Romanian Post and only with its approval can be purchased and used.
